This Privacy Policy governs the Inspector Pool mobile application (hereinafter "Application"), developed by Digitals You Might Like (hereinafter "Service Provider") as a commercial tool. The Application is provided "AS IS" for pool inspection purposes.

Data Collection and Usage

The Application stores data locally on your device, collecting only the information you manually enter. This may include:

  • Inspector Record: Company name, pool inspector name (Required), company address, company email (Required), company phone, company disclaimer, and company logo.
  • Client Record: Client name (Required), client contact, client address, client phone, client email (Required), and any additional notes you provide.
  • Inspection Record: Homeowner name, homeowner address, date and time of inspection (Required), client (Required), inspector (Required), and any details selected or entered during the Inspection Checklist.
  • Custom Inspection Checklist: Data from any custom checklist you import or modify.

The Application does not track or collect location data from your mobile device.

All entered data is used exclusively within the Application to support its inspection functionality. The Service Provider has no access to this data, and it remains under your control.

Internet and Sharing

The Application operates offline and does not connect to the internet. The only internet-related action occurs when you choose to share a generated report, triggering your device’s email client to create a draft. You control the email client and decide whether to send the report; no data is transmitted otherwise.

No third-party services or entities have access to your data.

Data Retention and Deletion

The Application does not enforce a data retention policy or provide a mechanism for the Service Provider to delete data. All data is stored locally on your device, and you are responsible for removing outdated or unnecessary records, such as old client details, inspection notes, or reports. Alternatively, you may uninstall the Application to clear all data.

Access and Security

The Application does not include authentication or authorization features. Anyone with access to your device can use the Application and view its data. If this level of access is unsuitable, please refrain from using the Application.

Since data is stored locally, the Service Provider implements no additional security measures beyond your device’s native protections.
